MyAllergyMenu (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”) provides digital menu filtering services for restaurants and their customers. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Overview

 

MyAllergyMenu allows restaurants to upload their menu information and enables customers to filter dishes based on dietary requirements and allergens.

We do not verify, edit, or alter the data provided by restaurants.
All allergen and ingredient information is entirely the responsibility of the restaurant.

3. Restaurant Responsibilities

 

Restaurants using MyAllergyMenu agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date ingredient and allergen information

  • Update menu changes promptly

  • Ensure all allergen information complies with UK Food Information Regulations

  • Inform MyAllergyMenu of any menu changes that could affect customer safety

  • Accept full legal responsibility for all food served and all data provided to the platform

 

4. No Liability Disclaimer

MyAllergyMenu accepts no liability for:

  • Inaccurate, missing, or outdated menu/allergen information

  • Illness, reactions, or harm caused by dishes served by restaurants

  • Misinterpretation or misuse of restaurant-provided data

  • Any decisions made by customers based on our platform

All responsibility for allergen accuracy rests entirely with the restaurant.

5. Customer Use of the Platform

Customers acknowledge that:

  • MyAllergyMenu displays information exactly as provided by the restaurant

  • The platform does not guarantee allergy safety

  • They must always confirm allergen information directly with restaurant staff

  • The platform is for convenience only, not medical or dietary advice

 

6. QR Codes & Digital Menus

​

Restaurants receive unique QR codes linking to their digital allergy-friendly menu.

QR codes remain the property of MyAllergyMenu and must only be used for the intended purpose.

 

7. Fees & Payment Terms

​

Plan fees, onboarding costs, and subscription prices are communicated clearly to each restaurant.

Non-payment may result in suspension of service.

 

8. Intellectual Property

​

All branding, platform features, designs, and technologies belong to MyAllergyMenu.
Restaurants retain ownership of their content (menu, images, descriptions).

 

9. Termination

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate restaurant access if:

  • Payments are missed

  • Data is intentionally falsified

  • The service is misused or abused

Restaurants may cancel at any time with written notice.

 

10. Data Protection

​

We comply with UK GDPR.
Personal data is processed only as necessary to operate the service.

 

11. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Restaurants will be notified of major updates.
